Privacy Notice

Effective October 2026

Data Dividend ("we") connects businesses with AI-data licensing partners. This notice explains what we collect when you apply on our site and what we do with it.

What we collect

What you enter in our form: your name, role, work email, phone, company name and website, company size, years in business, business status, the systems your company uses, and any notes. We also record the campaign link you arrived from (for example, UTM tags) and the time you applied.

We do not collect your company's records or files. Those are only ever shared directly between your business and a licensing partner you choose, under terms you approve.

How we use it

To contact you about your request, understand your business well enough to request bids, and get you bids from licensing partners.

Who we share it with

With your consent, which you give when you apply, we share your business and contact details with AI-data licensing partners so they can prepare bids. We tell you which partners are bidding before you choose one. We also use service providers that help us run the site and send email (for example, our hosting and email delivery providers), only for those purposes.

If a deal closes, the licensing partner may pay us a referral fee. We do not sell your details to anyone else.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to handle your request and any resulting deal, then for a reasonable period for our records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your details, or to stop sharing them with licensing partners, at any time. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights under privacy law, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

To make a request, email PRIVACY_EMAIL.
